All information provided to NDS Products, Inc by their customers is not sold, traded or given to anyone. We hate spam, telemarketers and junk mail as much as you do (probably more!).

We do not sell wholesale and we do not match pricing...so please do not ask.

Internet Orders Only. No Phone Orders.

PAYMENT TERMS: Orders are shipped on net 30 day terms upon approved credit. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus and American Express credit cards. No COD's, No Personal Checks. Billing address must be the same as the credit card billing address. Address verification is used on all credit card orders. Internet credit card orders may receive a phone call to verify order. Make sure a daytime phone number is given to avoid delays in shipping orders. Orders that do not meet the requirements listed on this page, the order form or anywhere else on NDS Products, Inc, web site or catalog(s) will not be filled. Orders submitted without key information fields (phone number, email, name, address, etc.) filled out will be deleted.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Radiation Detection Instruments Only. Payment must be made in advance of shipment. We do not accept International orders for all other products. USA 50 States ONLY.

PURCHASERS: Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older for all products.

SHIPMENTS: All merchandise is sold F.O.B. Pasadena, Texas USA. Title to merchandise transfers to purchaser upon delivery to UPS. Responsibility for loss or damage in transit rests with purchaser. NDS Products, Inc will cooperate in providing all needed information for processing claims. Orders will be shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise requested. Freight claims must be made within 3 days to UPS. Shipping costs are determined by service, weight and destination. See map below for UPS Ground delivery schedule. UPS 3 Day, UPS 2Day and UPS Next Day Services are available. We only ship by UPS  (United Parcel Service).

RETURNS: All returns must be made within 14 days of shipping. We do not rent products! No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from NDS Products, Inc. All returns must be in original packaging, not opened and not used or altered in anyway. A 20% restocking charge will be applied to restock products. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Special order items or modified items are nonrefundable. Returns shipped C.O.D. will not be accepted. All returns must be properly packaged with copy of invoice, credit card receipt, return material authorization number (RMA) and original box/packaging (100% re-sellable condition); the customer is responsible for merchandise damaged as a result of improper packaging. Items opened/removed from original manufacturer's packaging are not returnable. Returns without return material authorization number (RMA) will not be accepted and will not be the responsibility of NDS Products, Inc. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer, period. We do not rent products! All warranty issues are to be sent to the manufacturer of that item, not to NDS Products, Inc. Any item sent to NDS Products, Inc for warranty will be shipped back and/or subject to additional fees (such as shipping costs, etc.).

REFUNDS: Refunds will be issued after inspection of goods,  proof of purchase and have met the requirements in the Returns section.

PRICES: All prices and terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

WARRANTIES: All warranties issues are to be sent to the manufacturer of that item, not to NDS Products, Inc. Any item sent to NDS Products, Inc for warranty will be shipped back and/or subject to additional fees (such as shipping costs, etc.).

NOTICE: Some items presented here may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas. Please check with your local law enforcement authorities. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state and federal laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from NDS Products, Inc. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that the he/she is of legal age. NDS Products, Inc will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from us or any of our distributors & dealers. Also as no product is 100% effective against attack, NDS Products, Inc assumes no responsibility if a product purchased from us is not effective in preventing bodily injury, dismemberment or death. NDS Products, Inc will not be responsible for any items seized, confiscated or used in any unlawful matter.

CREDIT CARD FRAUD: Credit card fraud is a felony and we will aggressively prosecute anyone attempting to misuse a credit card number. We track every transaction and will use all means available to prosecute persons attempting fraud. There seems to be a growing trend for children to use their parent's credit cards to order over the Internet. In these circumstances the parent or parents are responsible for their children's credit card charges. This is Credit Card Fraud and will be reported as such. All charge backs will be billed $50.00 each plus any additional fees (including shipping charges) that NDS Products, Inc. may occur. ISP addresses are recorded (along with browser, operating software and other info) on all Internet orders.

OFFICE HOURS: NDS Products, Inc is open 7:00 AM until 5:00 PM Central Time, Monday through Thursday. 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM Central Time on Fridays. We are closed for all National Holidays. This includes one week at Christmas, one week during the week of July 4th, Thursday and Friday of Thanksgiving, Labor Day, Memorial Day, New Years, etc. Orders may still be placed during off hours and Holidays.

Please, when sending emails include your name, state and include any previous email communications. It is very difficult to respond to emails asking "how much is shipping?", "I placed an order yesterday. When will I get it?", etc.................. Without this basic information there is no way to reply. This is a waste of everyone's time. Emails of this type will be deleted.
